Job purpose:
To support the pensions consultants with winning new business and maximising existing business opportunities.
Key accountabilities:
- Management of prospects and marketing communications
- Review and research of existing pension schemes
- Communicating the benefits proposition at both employer and employee level
- Technical support to consultants
- Implementation, project plan and management of new/reconstructed schemes for scheme launch
- Design and production of communication materials for launch (payslip inserts, posters, emails etc)
- Provide support on, and investigate, legislative changes
- Provide training to other pension team members (consultants, admin etc)
- Achieve high levels of client service and satisfaction
- To assist with project management and the development of the company corporate proposition
Key technical skills and experience:
- Strong technical pensions knowledge
- Flexible attitude to work and the ability to work as part of a busy team with high volumes of work
- Technical experience in dealing with group personal pension/stakeholder schemes, defined benefit and defined contribution schemes
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

FPC
Hold or working towards AFPC
