Providing leadership on pensions system support and development initiatives.
- Reporting to the Team Leader – DC and Systems and will be responsible for working on ongoing projects that effect the provision of administration services.
- Working on ongoing projects that relate to the delivery of operational targets such as annual benefit statements, pension increases, monthly interfaces and periodic pension payment submissions
- Provide support to the DC admin team and undertake admin duties as determined by DC Team Leader
- Working on new system implementation projects as well as system upgrades and enhancements.
Person
- Proven experience managing and co-ordinating projects, preferably relating to pension scheme administration.
- Technical knowledge of Heywood AxisE administration platform desired but not essential
- Excellent general IT skills required.
- Technical knowledge of UK occupational pension schemes preferred.
- Must be well-organised and pay attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a systems support role preferable.
- Be able to work to strict deadlines.
- Project management skills
- Must be able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player, willing to help others
- Excellent Excel knowledge and good knowledge of Access databases
- 2 years experience within similar role or previous systems and projects experience.
