SRS PENSIONS
SIPP Administrators                 £16k to £21k doe
 

Overall Purpose of the Role:

  • To undertake all administration tasks on a portfolio of complex SIPP schemes, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and professionally
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
  • Previous experience in administration of self-administered pension schemes
  • Excellent communication skills, using letters, telephone and electronic systems
  • Can work alone, and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate an ability to work to tight time schedules
  • Well organised, accurate and meticulous output
  • Excellent record keeping
  • Good IT skills, including the ability to use word processors, spreadsheets and databases
  • Good numerical skills
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Collate general scheme information
  • Process new members
  • Process new investment applications, encashments and valuations
  • Process and organise transfers in
  • Process and accurately record contributions
  • Basis years and member earnings
  • Deal with scheme banks and banking issues
  • Retirement benefits and income withdrawal
  • Permissible investments
