Working closely with colleagues to support the business by researching and providing appropriate answers and solutions where required
Key Tasks:
- Proactively identifying and communicating technical issues and areas potentially requiring change
- Researching new legislative and regulatory market developments and designing and recommending best practice solutions to implement them
- Providing technical advice:
- for projects including implementation of new clients and changes for existing clients; and
- for staff, senior management, clients and other third parties
- Supporting the introduction and adoption of new procedures through documentation and training
- Identifying and providing technical training and training materials as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience of researching technical matters
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of DB, DC and hybrid schemes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to provide effective solutions
- Project managment skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- APMI qualified or equivalent desirable but not essential
- Client focused
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
